The provincial government media office in a statement said that three commanders of the terror group were also among those killed.
The air raid was reportedly carried out by U.S. forces.
According to the statement, the Afghan military have seized some weapons and ammunition from the militants.
Daesh group are actively carrying anti-government actions in some districts of the province, including Achin, Kut and Pechyragam.
