36 Taliban Killed, Wounded In Ghazni Operation

KABUL (MEP) – At least 23 insurgents were killed and 13 others wounded as a result of operations of security forces over the past 24 hours in southern Ghazni province.
The operation “Piroz” or “Victorious” is being conducted in different districts, including Gilan where these militants were eliminated, ANA spokesman Nazifullah spokesman said.
He added a quantity of arms and motorcycles were also seized during the joint operations of security forces.
According to ANA officials, the operations would be conducted in four stages in different parts of Ghazni.
