45 armed opposition members killed in Nangahar

KABUL: (MEP) – In a special operation of Afghan security forces in Nangahar, 45 armed anti-government opposition members were killed.

Fazil Ahamd Shirzad Helmand police commander said that this operation was launched in Khogyani district.

Mr. Shirzad added that Afghanistan Air Forces also participated in the operation and 4 factories that produced drugs had also been destroyed.

Eyewitnesses said that civilians are also harmed in this operation.
