5 Afghans arrested for taking extortion money in Pakistan
KABUL: (MEP) – At least five Afghan nationals have been arrested by Pakistani federal capital police. The operation against extortionists was conducted under the jurisdiction of Sabzi Mandi, Pakistani news reported.
According to details, the accused, who were arrested under the allegation of taking extortion, are being investigated. Sources claim that Rs. 4.5 million worth extortion money was being taken from Sabzi Mandi.
Operation has been conducted against extortionists following the directions from federal minister for Interior, Chaudhry Nisar.
The Interior Minister has directed I.G. and SSP operations of federal police to submit the report after taking strict action against the extortionists.
