President Ghani Delegates State Higher Medal To Gen. Campbell

KABUL: (MEP) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani awarded the public the First Grade High State medal of Storai to General Campbell, commander of NATO in Kabul.

Ghani conferred the medal to John Campbell during a special ceremony at the Presidential Palace (ARG) on Friday, according to a statement by Ghani’s office.

During the ceremony, Afghan defense officials, security forces and a number of strong support for the NATO mission officials were also presented.

President Ghani delegated the First Grade High State medal of Storai to General Campbell in recognition of his services in the field of security and defense support and equip Afghan forces as well as joint efforts with the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Interior to provide security for the country, the statement added.
