Twin Car Bombings Kill 15 Civilians In Mosul
MEP: At least fifteen people were killed and 12 others sustained injuries after two car bombs targeted eastern Mosul.
The bombings took place on Tuesday in Tal Yabes district, according to PRESS-TV.
Women and children are said to be among the victims.
There was no immediate claim of responsiliby for the blasts. However such attacks are often blame on Daesh (ISIS) terror group which captured the country in 2014.
A total of 137,880 people have been displaced from Mosul and neighboring areas ever since the start of the Iraqi operations, according to figures released by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) on January 9.
