US To Deliver 200 Military Aircrafts In Afghanistan

MEP: After the deterioration of the security situation in Afghanistan and the appearance of the new government in America, now the main ally of Afghanistan intends to send 200 military aircrafts to the Afghan security forces.

Dawlat Waziri, Ministry of Defense spokesman said the planes and helicopters are considered to strengthen and equip the Afghan air force.

According to him, the four-year program of the Ministry of National Defense, providing weapons and military equipment to strengthen and equip Afghan forces and to crush the armed Taliban.

Waziri stated that it’s expected to discuss the four-year plan on how and when the aircrafts will be dispatched during the US security delegation trip in Afghanistan.

While he did not specify the composition of the US delegation, added the board will soon enter Kabul.

The report comes as Abdul Rauf Ibrahimi, chairman of the House of Representatives at the meeting Monday (27 March) had announced the US delegation trip to Afghanistan.
