Strong participation in election anticipated
KABUL: (MEP) – Citizens of Afghanistan are found to be displaying determination and an eagerness to show up at polling centers on Saturday and cast their vote.
By guaranteeing their presence at the polling booths, the people of Afghanistan show that they are anxious to be a part in determining the future of their country.
Most residents of metropolitan areas are said to consider elections as the only approach to attain peace and progress in the country.
With the approach of Election Day, security measures have also been increased significantly.
Mir Akbar Akbari, member of the Afghan Progress Institution, in a survey has collected thousands of signatures from all over the country. The survey helped generate awareness and gather confirmation from those who promised to vote on Election Day.
Millions of eligible voters will go to the polls on Saturday, April 5 and decide the fate of the country.
