MoI expresses concern over Taliban’s Khaibar operations

KABUL: (MEP) – Taliban has abandoned their training camps in Pakistan and are trying to increase their presence in Afghanistan, said the Ministry of Interior.

The Ministry of Interior has said that the Taliban are making efforts to compensate for their failure on April 5th.

Sidiq Sediqqi, spokesman of the Ministry of Interior had expressed concern over the existence of these terrorist training camps.

Khaibar operations may be considered as the Taliban’s latest way of trying to warn against the possibility of holding the second round of elections.

However, the Ministry of Interior has said that they are ready to provide the required security in the event of a second round of elections.

In a recent operation, the Afghan Military is said to have killed 275 armed insurgents and taken 80 captive.
