Police Officers Held On Collaborating With Criminals

KABUL: (MEP) – Three police officers have been arrested on the charges of collaborating with criminals in northern Baghlan province, security sources said.

The Police chief of Baghlan told Ariana News that these officers were held when they were trying to help two dangerous criminals escape from Baghlan.

Gen. Aminullah Amarkhail added these two criminals that are currently under police custody were involved in robbery, kidnapping and other heinous crimes.

“This is a big achievement by police and our intelligence officers that helped us arrest them,” Amarkhail said.

He noted efforts were underway to detain all criminals involved in crimes in Baghlan.
