A man who had committed adultery with his young niece was arrested by police in Khaja Baha-u-Ddin city of Takhar
“A man aged 33 guilty of committing adultery with his young niece was arrested by police and the two accused are in police custody” Khalil Asir, the Takhar provincial police spokesman told the Middle East Press
