President Ghani addressed to the scholars stated that, “Cram scholars, as in the history of the country in mobilizing public threats and aggressions have contributed, should also take part in the clear support of these forces.”
Plans have been made that structural reforms be implemented in security institutions as well as reaching to the point of self-sufficiency forces, because we cannot remain dependent on external support forever, he further added.
Meanwhile, Abdullah Abdullah, chief executive officer in the ceremony, referring to security forces said, they must comply with humanitarian law in the course of their activities.
