Afghanistan To Sign Three Key Agreements With Australia

MEP: Shah Hussain Mortazawi, head of the country’s presidential office spokesman said the aim of the visit of President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani to Australia is to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries and signing of three important documents.

The agreements covering economic cooperation will be signed in the presence of President Ghani and the Australian Prime Minister.

The visit of Ghani started from last night to Australia and is scheduled to travel to Singapore and Indonesia as well on Tuesday and Wednesday.

President Ghani is accompanied with the Minister of Economy Abdul Satar Murad, Mines and Petroleum acting Minister Nargis Nehan, Deputy Energy and Water Minister Amanullah Ghalib, Presidential Adviser on Public Relations and Strategic Affairs Shah Zaman Maiwandi, and senior presidential adviser Abdul Hamid Helmandi.
