Daesh-Allied Terrorists Kill Religious Scholar In Nangarhar
MEP: The Daesh-allied terrorists in eastern Nangarhar province of Afghanistan have killed a religious scholar in Rodat District.
The press office of Nangarhar said in a statement on Saturday the scholar was killed late yesterday in the village of Akhwon.
“Maulawi Abdul Samad first kidnapped and then murdered by Daesh terror group’s dependent individuals” the statement added.
The 45 years old scholar as a lecturer at the madrassa of a mosque in the village was active.
Motive behind the killing of Maulawi Abdul Samad is unknown.
According to the statement, the terror group has so far killed 26 religious scholars in the province.
