Daesh destroys 50 holy places in Iraq

KABUL: (Middle East Press) Security officials of Nineveh province announced that Daesh is planning to attack on more 50 holy shrines including the shrine of Prophet Idris (as) in Mosul.

A security source told Reuters of Iraqi Somria news: More than 50 shrines and mosques are in places list in Mosul that Daesh is going to blow the up and the most important shrine of Prophet Idris al-Basha Mosque, which is one of the most important mosques in Mosul.

A security source had earlier said that Daesh element terrorists have blown up a west mosque of Mosul.

“Zahair Aljlby” supporter of al-Rabiein president said on Friday that Daesh plans to explode al-hadba and the central Mosul mosque. Some of the residents had gathered in order to prevent this horrible action by Daesh inside the mosque.

Daesh terrorists have detonated central Prophet Shet mosque and the grave of Jerjis Prophet (as) on Friday evening.

Daesh has also blown up the mosque of Younus Prophet (as) which is the most important religious and civilization in Mosul and the mosque of Imam Abu Ali and another holy mosque in Mosul city.
