Daesh Slaughtered 33 Civilians In Ghor

MEP: The Daesh (ISIS/ISIL) terrorists have killed 33 residents of Ferozkoh city, the central of Ghor province, officials said Wednesday.

Ghulam Nasser Khazy, governor of Ghor told the Middle East Press, the incident occurred yesterday evening in the area of Ghalmeen.

He said the incident happened when people started killing one of the commanders of the terrorist group killed because of extortion and in response to the killing of their commander, the terror group launched mass killing of the residents.

33 civilians have been shot dead including women and children, Khazy added.

Ghor Governor noted that people are moving bodies and organizing funerals.

According to the source, the Daesh terrorist group are active in the north and south of Ferozkoh city that have been transferred from Nangarhar province.

Meanwhile, Mohammad Mahdawi, Ghor provincial council member told the Middle East Press that Maulawi Farooq, a commander of Daesh terrorists on Tuesday, transferred four sheep flock to Ghalmeen area and after the popular uprising forces along with security forces went to take back the herds, in which a conflict occurs between them, as a result four of the popular uprising forces along with Maulawi Farooq, were killed and four other members of popular uprising wounded.

According to him, the Daesh terrorists also returned to the village at night to exact revenge and slaughtered the people of Khudayar village that 24 of them are women and children.
