Dahana-e-Ghori District Linked to Pul-e-Khumri
KABUL (MEP) – The security forces, in cooperation with the popular volunteers, linked the Dahana-e-Ghori district of Baghlan province to the Pul-e-Khumri city and opened the road to the passengers.
MoI said in a newsletter today Saturday, October 26 that the road was opened and secured during a clean-up operation by security forces, MEP reports.
The route, which links the Dahana-e-Ghori district to Pul-e-Khumri, was demolished by armed Taliban since last four years, and the passengers and vehicles were not allowed to use the road.
Last week, security forces retook Dahana-e-Ghori district of Baghlan province.
