Dead Body Of A Woman Found In Mazar-e-Sharif

KABUL: (Middle East Press) A corpse of a 25-year-old woman was discovered in Mazar-e-Sharif city.

Sherjan Durani, a spokesman for Balkh police headquarters said the body of the woman was found from the area behind the National Directorate of Security (NDS) blocks.

Balkh Public Hospital officials say they have received the body this morning around 9:30 am and the signs on her neck show that she was first strangled and then killed.

Motive behind the incident is still unclear.

However, investigations have been launched to find the cause and the perpetrators behind the killing.
