KABUL: (Middle East Press) At least two civilians were injured following an explosion in Pol-e-Khomri city this morning.
Baghlan police spokeman Jawerd Basharat said following a roadside bomb that were planted by the militants to target a police vehicle has detonated in Pol-e-Khomri city as a result two civilians have been wounded.
Talking to reporters, Basharat further added that the blast took place in a street near the police building.
This comes as he said police officials have discovered and disabled four rounds of mines in the same area yesterday.
No group including the Taliban insurgents has so far claimed responsibility behind the attack.
