An official speaking on condition of anonymous said the men were abducted in the outskirt of Paroun, the provincial capital of Nooristan, and taken to a private place.
No further details were given regarding their location. But local elders in support of security forces are trying to find them and arrest the kidnappers.
Reason behind the kidnapping is yet to be determined.
