Heavy Explosion Rocked Mazar-e-Sharif
KABUL: (Middle East Press) A heavy explosion rocked the ancient city of Mazar-e-Sharif in the Balkh province.
According to reports the explosion caused by an improvised explosive device (IED) inside a plastic tankard Sakhi Shrine in the East.
The incident took place in Mandawi part in the surrounding area of the Red Crescent which has left three people injured including a woman along with her one child.
In the meantime, security forces have transferred the injures to the nearby hospitals.
No group has claimed responsibility behind the attack so far.
