Znon al Sabwai, a commander of the Iraqi army in Ninawa province said ISIS terror fighters initially arrested the two family members that include four women and two children and then brutally cut off their heads in southern part of the city.
According to him, ISIS warned Mosul residents that the punishment of those who flee, is only beheading.
