Completion- three civilians were injured as a result of a magnetic mine blast embedded on a Nangarhar Provincial Council member`s vehicle in Jalalabad.
Nangarhar Police Press Chief, Farid Khan, told the Middle East Press, the incident occurred around 9:30 am this morning (Saturday, May 25) in Pombah alley in PD4 of Jalalabad city.
According to him, the incident arose from a mine explosion embedded on a ranger car related to Haji Qahar, a member of the Nangarhar Provincial Council, in which three civilians were injured.
“When the blast took place, Haji Qahar was out of the car so he did not receive any harm” said Farid Khan.
So far, no group or individuals claimed responsibility for the attack.
