Negotiations Once Again Fail Over Unity Government

KABUL: (Middle East Press) the two presidential candidates Dr. Abdullah Abdullah and Dr. Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai have once again failed to reach an agreement and to conclude the contentious electoral process.
