Nothing can keep us from voting: Afghan Citizens
KABUL: (MEP) – Afghan citizens have concluded that there is simply nothing that can keep them from voting for a brighter tomorrow. They have condemned the latest round of attacks carried out by the Taliban across the country and emphasize that they are not going to let fear stop them from voting this coming Saturday.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Interior Affairs has assured the provision of security for the coming Presidential and Provincial Election and also added that Afghan Police are all geared up and have made significant arrangements to provide security on the coming day.
The MOI spokesman, Mr. Sediqee discussed at length the significant security measures adopted by the Afghan security forces across the country.
Meanwhile the head of Free and Fair Election Foundation of Afghanistan, Nadir Nadiri said, “People of Afghanistan are ready for a peaceful transition of political power and will vote for their future.”
The former head of Independent Election Commission, Azizullah Ludin said, “In order to witness a revolution in culture, the people have to play an important role and vote for their future.”
After all, we will be witness to a historic event, the Presidential and Provincial Election, this coming Saturday.
