The blast took place at around 2:00 pm in the 4th police district of Kabul city in Kolola Pushta area.
Feraidon Ubaidi, head of the Kabul criminal investigation police at the scene told reporters that the incident arose from a magnetic bomb placed in a kerosene car was related to ANA.
He said only one adult was injured in the blast but witnesses say that a child was also injured.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
