Taliban`s mine planting team leader was killed in Sar-e Pul province said the security officials in north of the country.
“Ghari Zekrullah nicknamed Talha, the technical expert of mine planting team of Taliban along with a team leader and two of his fellows were killed when a mine went off in circle of colleagues this morning” major Hosseini Seyed Sarwar, the spokesman for 707 Pamir Zone in the north told the Middle East Press
As he added two of Talha`s fellows were also injured.
These Taliban were said to be making a giant mine for targeting security forces when the mine went off and they victimized themselves.
Improvised Explosive Device (IED) or road side bombs have been used as a deadly way by Taliban to target Afghan security forces.
