KABUL: (MEP) – President Karzai during his weekly radio statement said, violence against Women are highly existed in main and villages level at the entire country, he also demanded the Justice Judicial and related Human rights defenders to implement serious practical measurements on hands.
Violence against Women is not new phenomenon during the fresh events two Women were killed by unknown once in the capital city of Kabul and Herat Province.
Afghanistan is one of the countries where violence against Women is in high level, the Human rights independent commission reported that %25 of violence against Women has increased during the first 6 months of the year.
The successive events of violence against Women have drawn even the President attention to express his concerns.
There are different forms of violence against Women in Afghanistan; it begins from the underage marriage to exchanges of girls, raping cases, beating black and blue, and cutting off the parts of Women body and even killing.
President Karzai during his radio speeches has entitled the successive efforts for removing and eradicating of violence against Women and demanded the related institutions to this issue to increase their activities, Ariana news reported.
Insecurity, poor capabilities of rule of law and not following up cases of violence against women by the Governmental departments has been entitled the main factors to increase violence at the entire country.
