11 Dead, 21 Wounded In Helmand Suicide Bombing
MEP: Local officials in southern Helmand province say a suicide bomber detonated his explosives outside a Kabul Bank branch in Lashkargah city, killing at least eleven people.
Omar Zwak, provincial governor’s spokesman said the incident occurred at around 2:00 pm near a security forces’ convoy in the city.
In addition, 21 others wounded.
The victims were mostly security personnel, according to the Emergency Hospital in the city.
No any group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
