20 Turkish-Backed Militants Killed In Syria’s Blast

MEP: At least 20 Turkish-backed militants have been killed and dozens injured in a bombing near Syria’s border with Turkey on Thursday.

The blast took place in Idlib province on the side of the Atmeh crossing, west of Aleppo. A photo sent by a witness in the area, purportedly of its aftermath, showed bloodied corpses lying on the ground, the Reuters news agency reported.

It was not immediately clear whether the blast was caused by a suicide bomber or a remote-controlled device.

No individual or group has claimed responsibility for the assaults yet, but such incidents are usually blamed on the Takfiri Daesh terrorist group.
