59 Terrorists Arrested in Kabul by Afghan Police

KABUL: (Middle East Press) According to defense ministry of Afghanistan, around 59 suspected insurgents in military operations have been arrested in different parts of Kabul province on Thursday.

The ministry states following a statement that during these operations security forces confiscated military uniforms, binoculars, mines, 134 different types of weapons, ammunition as well as drugs.

The ministry officials say that the arrest of such a large number of militants with their weapons is a setback to the insurgents and has punctually blocked terrorist attacks in Kabul.
