Afghanistan, Azerbaijan to Sign Joint Cooperation Pact
KABUL: (MEP) – Afghanistan and Azerbaijan will soon sign an agreement on cooperation of oil and gas mines, BNA reported.
Grounds for signing of the agreement have already been paved in a visit of Minister of Mines Wahidullah Shahrani to Azerbaijan.
Shahrani in his visit to Azerbaijan met with ministers of energy and industries, economic development and emergency and general director for executive board members of P4 Company of Azerbaijan.
Both sides committed to sign a joint cooperation agreement within two months.
According to the agreement, Azerbaijan will support Afghanistan in enhancement of technical and management capacity in gas and oil sector and providing proper facilities to investors.
