Explosion in Kunduz Injures 3 People

KABUL: (Middle East Press) following an explosion in northern Kunduz province at least three civilians were injured.

local government officials said, the incident took place around 9:00 am local time.

Provincial police spokesman, Syed Sarwar Hussaini, said the target of the explosion was a vehicle of the Afghan National Army (ANA) forces.

Hussaini further added that the Afghan army soldiers escaped the blast unhurt but three civilians were wounded.

No group including the Taliban insurgents has claimed responsibility behind the attack so far.
