3 Members Of A Family Killed in Helmand Explosion

KABUL: (Middle East Press) At least three civilians belong to a single family were killed following a blast in Helmand province.

The provincial government media office, following a statement, said Monday that the attack took place on Sunday in Greshk district.

The statement further added that the incident took place after a vehicle carrying the civilians struck with an improvised explosive device (IED).

At least four others were also injured following the explosion, said the statement.

No group including the Taliban militants has claimed responsibility behind the incident so far.
