Foreigner’s main element for Afghani drop
KABUL: (MEP) – Afghanistan foreign minister said that the Afghani’s value is growingly decreasing against the US dollar due to roughly foreign media propaganda against the country’s situation, after the timeline the foreign forces exit, Wakht reported.
Dr. Omar Zakhelwal told a press conference that the western media have always painted a highly negative picture from Afghanistan’s economic situation after 2014 by which the foreign combat troops would leave the country.
There were concerns among the people that foreign assistance to the country would drastically fall after 2014—a propaganda the minister said was stemmed from the western media that heavily reduced Afghan currency.
The minister spurned the media reports over the gossip the spread, as saying Afghanistan would face no crisis because the international community had pledged a continued assistance to the country.
They would launch some programs for encouraging domestic and international entrepreneurs to invest in the country and provide jobs for the people, the minister promised adding based on his plan his ministry would help beef up investment in the country and would prevent capital flee from the country.
The propagandas over the country to face harsh condition after the international forces combat mission ends by 2014, had concerned the Afghan investors, most of them planning to leave the country.
In a fresh exchange of currency the moneychangers in the main Afghan currency market Saraye Shahzada said afghani had fallen highly underprice, a US dollar is sold against af.57.40.
