The brother of Spoghmai, who is a member of the Taliban group, had forced her to carry out suicide attack against the Afghan police forces.
The presidential palace media office following a statement, said president Hamid Karzai met with Spoghmai and her father in presidential palace on Saturday.
The statement further added that president Hamid Karzai instructed the related government institutions and officials to assist the 10-year-old Spoghmai and her family in providing a better living condition, where Spoghmai could continue to her studies along with her other family members, including her brothers and sisters.
Afghan president Hamid Karzai strongly condemned the use of children to carry out suicide attack, and said using a child as a suicide bomber is un-Islamic and goes against Afghan culture and beliefs.
Though the Taliban militants group in Afghanistan rejected the group’s involvement behind the suicide attack plot by a 10-year-old, however, has in the past used several teenager boys to carry out suicide attack in Afghanistan.
Several teenager suicide bombers were arrested by Afghan security forces who were later released by president Hamid Karzai.
According to the Afghan security officials, the teenager boys are brain washed in religious schools (Madrasas) in tribal regions of Pakistan, and are sent to Afghanistan for suicide bombing purposes.
