Police Kills ‘Killer Of ICRC Members’ In Jawzjan

MEP: Security officials in Jawzjan province say the killer of six International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) workers, has been killed in this province.

Police Chief of Jawzjan province, Rahmatullah Turkistani told the Middle East Press in the coordinated attacks of Daesh (ISIS/ISIL) terrorist group on Qosh Tapa district began on Monday morning (February 27), Qari Qudratullah senior commander of the group with four of his men were killed.

He said the dead commander of the terrorist group had killed six members of Red Cross long ago.

Turkistani added a number of foreign terrorists were also attended in the attack that an Uzbek citizen was also wounded.

According to Jawzjan police chief, the armed Taliban have also started their assaults from Friday on Darzaab district.

“Taliban and ISIS attacks on key points of the districts have been pushed back by security forces resistance but conflict still continues in some parts of the districts” he noted.

The report comes as Daesh terrorists have killed a commander of popular uprising with a number of his men in attack on Friday.
