Sanjay Dutt To Avoid Afghan Kids From Suicide Bombing In His Next Film

MEP: Sanjay Dutt, one of the most famous actors of Indian cinema after his release from prison, plans to appear a movie with Afghanistan matter.

Indian media reported on Monday that the new movie will be directed by Girish Malik and the film title is “Torbaaz”.

Dutt loved the idea of “Torbaaz” and immediately gave a go ahead. In the film the actor plays an army officer who wants to give the ‘children of war’ a ray of hope.

“I am keen to be a part of films that are highly content driven. I want to create a memorable slate of films for my fans,” Sanjay Dutt said in a statement.

A number of children in Afghanistan learn suicide attacks and bombings that “Torbaaz” wants to portray the positive ways of life for them, said Malik.

The film is produced by Raju Chadha and Rahul Mittra.

Sanjay Dutt would play the story of a man in the movie who had lost everything but returns to Kabul with a new purpose in life. He teaches cricket to the kids and children who had been wielding guns till then, experience the joy of playing a sport.

Torbaaz is likely to go on floors by 2017.
