Seven Groups Of Kidnappers Arrested In Kabul

MEP: NDS officials during the first six months of this year, arrested seven groups of professional kidnappers led by “Haseebullah, Nangyaly, Ali Ahmad, Muqeem, Elias, Sayed Ashraf and Mirwais along with 21 of their people.

The people in Kabul city were involved in armed robberies and kidnappings national traders, money changers and foreign nationals.

The kidnappers had arrested “Haji Ghulam Haidar” a money exchanger in Sarai Shahzada in Kabul about 4 months before and in exchange for the release of him, they have requested more than six million US dollars ransom. The man was eventually freed and was handed over to his family.

All of the kidnappers and their leaders have confessed to their crimes and are being held under further examinations.
