Solemn security measures during Eid al-Fitr

The Ministry of Interior says serious ecurity measures are taking place on Eid al-Fitr days so that people can spend the days calmly.

The head of the Interior Ministry spokesman Najib Danesh said at today’s news conference (June 22) that all the routes, in particular, mosques and religious places in the capital, will be subject to serious security measures.

Danesh has stated that security components are ready to be on the eve of the day and will provide reliable services to the people.

The step by the Ministry of Interior comes as during the holy month of Ramadan, deadly days in the country, especially in Kabul had occurred in which hundreds of people have died.
