Taliban Attack Killed 6 Policemen in Logar
KABUL: (Middle East Press) At least six members of the Afghan National Police (ANP) were killed as a result of an attack by Taliban terrorists in central Logar province.
local goverrnment officials said, the incident took place in Baraki district after a group of insurgents launched coordinated attack on a police check post.
District administrative chief for Baraki Barak said at least six policemen were killed during the attack.
This comes as Taliban terrorists ambushed a convoy of the Afghan national security forces in Sar-e-Pul province on Monday, leaving at least 22 Afghan national police and Afghan national army troops dead.
The Taliban militants group has not commented about the incident yet.
