Woman In Nangarhar Killed By Husband Brother
MEP: A young woman has been killed by her husband’s brother in Sherzad district of eastern Nangarhar province.
Attaullah Khogyani, Nangarhar governor’s spokesman told the Middle East Press, the incident occurred last night in Toto area.
He said the young lady by the name of “Marhabaa” was shot dead by her husband’s brother.
Khogyani added the killer fled the area after killing, but his father has been brought in Nangarhar police headquarters for further investigation.
Motive behind the incident was described as domestic violence, according to Nangarhar governor’s spokesman.
The report comes as not long ago, a woman was stabbed to dead by her husband in Behsud district of Nangarhar province.
