MEP: War, insecurity and political problems in the past years has led to most parts of Afghanistan, of infrastructure have been destructed and face challenges.

For this reason, fixing the infrastructures, while the expertise, efficiency, commitment, honesty and devotion do not exist, is difficult and perhaps away from belief.

Police originally modified duty and order in society; this can be seen in all countries of the world; but the police in Afghanistan do anything and have less attention to their primary function.

Police in many cases cause chaos in parts of the cities of the country.

Afghan police, according to some officials, is involved in pedophilia or (Bacha Bazi) and this is between police and civilians and between the police and young kids of this segment.

Afghan police have an important role in non-compliance with the law and is involved in many of the country’s lawlessness and most cases no respect is seen by police.

Due to the loss of critical infrastructures of police, the bulk of the population, especially in remote areas of the country are illiterate or poorly educated.

Human Rights Commission said recently that governance in Afghanistan will be successful if police have regulated behavior.

According to the agency, there are concerns that in some cases women victims of unlawful police behavior and values of human rights; because the police instead of working with women victims, act with illegal behavior.

Human Rights Commission also expressed concern over Police behavior with the children and their harassment in the country and claimed that children are sexually abused by police.

The reports comes as some citizens of Afghanistan also complain of the behavior of police forces and say that police attitude with people, especially poor people, is not perfect and far from the law.

Behavior, lawlessness and problems in the police are concerned when a huge consumption is spent for its solution while the bulk of the contributions were imaginary on this section and had no achievement.

By spending all investment costs, the Afghan police still remain illiterate and police serve in places where it is supposed to serve there, even in many cases, police has ruled the traffic police duty.

A large number of Afghan police instead of serving in the city and restoring order are with representatives of the National Assembly and provide security for them to prevent any client approach to MPS as well as guarding their children and families around the city.

Most of the police rather than providing order in the cities, are engaged in battle with the enemy in battle fronts and their main task was entrusted to a small fraction that does not do it well.

It should be noted that the police uniform also easily be bought and sold in the country’s markets and opponents to strike the nature of the police, use this trend.

It is better that the government and the leadership of the Ministry of Interior to have solutions for solving the problems in basic police and assigns them in their main tasks.
