Taliban slain two civilians in Sar-e-Pul
Local officials in Sar-e-Pul province say, armed Taliban have killed two relatives of a soldier who had been in group’s captivity in Kohestanat district.
Zabiullah Amaani spokesman for the governor of Sar-e-Pul told the Middle East Press, the two men were father and husband of the captive soldier’ aunt.
The armed Taliban detained the solider two years before in the district.
Mr Amaani said occasionally relatives of the soldier come to visit him that in the last meeting on Wednesday, the two men while returning home were shot dead by Taliban members in Dara-Alaf-Safid area.
Those killed were residents of Samangan province.
The Taliban did not react on the report so far.
