Unknown Gunmen Set Kabul Police Vehicle On Fire

MEP: Unidentified gunmen after clashes with police near Kabul University in the city have torched two police rangers and fled from the area.

Witnesses told the Middle East Press that armed men affiliated to Mullah Tara Khel, Kuchi representative in the House of Representatives that clashed with police on the streets of Kabul University this morning (February 20).

According to witnesses, the gunmen after clashes with police, set two police vehicles on fire near the hospital of Aliabad and fled from the area.

No details were given regarding any casualty.

Kabul Police and security officials have not yet commented in this regard.
